- Is there a limit on how many invoices I can send?
- Free accounts can create unlimited invoices, estimates, and clients. Email sending is capped at 25 per rolling 30 days (new accounts also have a 5/day cap for the first 14 days). Pro removes all caps - unlimited sends, online payments, and automated reminders.
- Do you charge a platform fee on payments?
- No. WaffleInvoice does not add an extra transaction fee. You only pay standard Stripe payment processing when clients pay online.
- Can I cancel Pro any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Account at any time. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the free plan. No cancellation fee.
- Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?
- No setup fee, ever. Start free (card on first Send only), or start your Pro trial and pay $19/mo after the 14-day trial ends. No onboarding, activation, or hidden fees.
- Can I try Pro before paying?
- Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
- How does the annual plan work?

- What payment methods can my clients use?
- On the Pro plan, clients can pay invoices online by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. WaffleInvoice uses Stripe to process payments, so funds typically arrive within 2 business days. The free plan lets you track payments manually and direct clients to pay by any method you choose.
